These Terms apply to all visitors, users and clients. Specific engagements (such as projects, AMCs or managed services) will be governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which will take precedence over these Terms in case of any conflict with respect to that engagement.

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code, or by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any third-party systems.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our website or services at any time, with or without notice, and to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or applicable law.

Service Deliverables & Ownership
For client engagements, the ownership of final deliverables (such as websites, applications, designs and documentation) will be specified in the applicable statement of work or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client only upon receipt of full payment.
We retain ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates and know-how (including any reusable components or libraries) developed by us before or independently of a specific engagement. We may use general experience and learnings gained during an engagement for future work, provided your confidential information is not disclosed.
Payment Terms
Project fees, recurring service charges and payment milestones are specified in the applicable quotation or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, project invoices are typically issued with an advance on commencement and subsequent milestones linked to delivery. AMC and managed service fees are invoiced in advance, usually monthly, quarterly or annually.
Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice (typically 15 days unless otherwise agreed). Overdue payments may attract interest at up to 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, and we may suspend ongoing services until outstanding dues are cleared.
Refund Policy
As our services are primarily professional and customized in nature, fees paid for work already performed are generally non-refundable. Advance payments for projects that are cancelled by the client before completion will be adjusted against the work performed and reasonable costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
For recurring services (such as AMC or managed IT), you may cancel the engagement as per the notice period in your agreement. Fees paid for a period already commenced are typically non-refundable, but prepaid fees for future un-served periods may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, less any setup or third-party costs already incurred.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curio Infotech, its directors, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
